We have transformed the old House of the Masters of Ax into a discreet and intimate place, where you can relax on your return after a day on the boat, or strolling through the streets of the city, or from work.

The Hotel overlooks the largest tourist port in the Mediterranean, thus providing the rooms with a splendid view, a stone's throw from the beaches of Lavagna and a few minutes from Chiavari, Cavi di Lavagna, Sestri Levante and to the most beautiful places of the Ligurian Riviera such as Portofino and the Cinque Terre, easily reachable also by train or boat.

The relaxing colours of the sea and the warm earth tones painted on the walls make the rooms and rooms elegant and welcoming. Thanks to the large terrace available to all guests, you can sunbathe and relax in a fabulous flower garden.
Our Wine Bar is available to satisfy every palate request, preparing exquisite aperitifs and long drinks.

Our new property, opened in June 2017, offers bed and breakfast service with a buffet breakfast, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom with shower cabin, courtesy toiletries, slippers, hairdryer, minibar with complimentary mineral water, and a safe in every room. Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of two people, with the option of adding an extra bed in some of them.

We are located directly in front of the tourist harbor, with paid parking available inside the marina, or on the street depending on availability at the time. We are just 200 meters from the center of Lavagna, the railway station, and the nearest beaches. A complimentary bicycle rental service is also available for our guests.
Please note that children under the age of 14 are not accepted at the property.
All rooms are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
The hotel does not have a restaurant and does not offer half-board or full-board services.
Upper floors are accessible only by stairs.

Check-in is available daily from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
