The De Luxe Rooms (24 m²) are all equipped with a double bed and have exclusive access to the terrace with sea view; some rooms have private access. By choosing this wonderful room type, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, you will also be able to use sun loungers and a parasol.

The De Luxe Rooms are ideal for an unforgettable stay, offering all the comforts provided by our property, and are available on both the first and second floors of our hotel.

The Superior Rooms (17 m²) are spacious, equipped with a double bed, and have access to the terrace with sea view. By choosing this wonderful room type, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, you will also be able to use sun loungers and a parasol.

Their location makes them unique and charming, and the bright blue and green tones with which they are decorated recall the splendid sea panorama, with the famous Lavagna marina in the foreground, which all the rooms overlook.

The Large Rooms (19 m²) are located on the first and second floors and are spacious rooms that can have a double bed or two separate beds, to meet the different needs of each guest. They are ideal for a business stay or for couples traveling with a third person thanks to their versatility and size.

The Classic Room (15 m²) is equipped with a double bed and overlooks the hill in front of the hotel, with a view of the splendid Santa Giulia hill that can be admired from the window.

The warm ochre and taupe tones used in its décor recall the colours of the earth.

The Small Room (12 m²) is a functional and smart room, perfect for those travelling alone or staying for work. The room is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine.

Equipped with a comfortable French bed, it makes the most of its twelve square metres. If you are looking for a more spacious room, you can always look at our De Luxe Room; in our own small way we can satisfy almost all your requests to ensure an excellent stay in Lavagna.

The relaxing colours of the sea and the warm earth tones painted on the walls make the rooms elegant and welcoming. Thanks to the large terrace available to all guests, you can sunbathe and relax in a beautiful flowered garden. Our wine bar is at your disposal with a wide selection of Italian and international wines and classic long drinks from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
